Polysomnography (PSG) is used for diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).
It is usually expensive and time consuming.
Several questionnaires were developed for initial screening of OSA.
We collect 4 common questionnaires for personal evaluation of OSA: Epworth sleepiness scales, Berlin questionnaire, STOP-Bang questionnaire, and STOP questionnaire.
You can also record in different day to note their changes.
(These questionnaires were not used for diagonsis of OSA.
